Going to the Singapore International Water Festival was not only an eye-opener for me. When it comes to water, one would think of PUB or NEWater, which is something all Singaporeans know. S

Oh, why such a big fuss about something we already know? The events and exhibitions showcased such as the races, performances and exhibits were different ways of encouraging and educating the public through engaging activities. Having talked to the Principal of Singapore Polytechnic (SP) about the event, and an activity called the Water Walk where SP students showed how people from different countries carried water, I learnt that water is precious and we have to value it if we care about our destiny.
