This July, 2008 video from Gallup reports that 98% of Singaporeans are satisfied with quality of their water. Singapore PUB must be doing most things right! (This video also has a great overview on planning, strategy, NEWater and operations.)

And we at B&V, and previously Binnie & Partners, have been instrumental in delivering the water infrastructure, which delivers such great satisfaction. This includes major reservoirs, water treatment and supply, wastewater reception and treatment and now NEWater. We have a lot to be proud of.
I wonder what the deal with the 2% who are apparently unsatisfied is!…
