   What does ‘third spacing it’ mean Jimbo?

     Not sure, one of those cool things I heard Connie say… my definition is as follows:

     First space – working in the office
     Second space – working from home
     Third space – working from neither home nor your office, it’s a third space like a cafe

     Is third spacing effective? Harry Potter was written from a coffee shop so I guess it is

       Thanks – I realize now that I spend large amounts of my working time in ‘third space’. What do you call all that work I do in economy class in airplanes in Asia? Cramped space?

   Hello Jim

   Sounds good to have facebook facility to published news for office matters …. welldone! but does black & veatch allow acces to sites like fb during office hours ?

     Hi Dominica, thanks for leaving a comment. Yes Black & Veatch professionals can access social media sites such as Facebook, My Space, LinkedIn and Twitter during office hours. We see these as other channels that employees can use to illustrate how Black & Veatch is Building a World of Difference. Black & Veatch has a company-wide Facebook Group, Twitter accounts (@BVWater and @Black_Veatch) and an official group on LinkedIn.
